Step 2: Developing the Right Solution
Once we understand the brief, our product specialists begin developing a bespoke hook and loop solution in our in-house facility. This could involve selecting the right combination of materials, adhesive types, engagement strengths, or even custom-dyeing or flame-retardant treatments depending on the end use.
We carry out rigorous testing at this stage to make sure the product will perform exactly as needed in the customer’s environment. Step 3: Sampling, Refinement, and Collaboration

We work closely with our customers during this phase to make any adjustments needed, whether it's altering the feel, engagement force, or backing adhesive, until the solution is exactly right. Only once the product has been validated and approved by the customer do we proceed to the first production order.
