HALCO Europe Ltd is pleased to announce the acquisition of Tacura Ltd, a leading supplier of cutting and manufacturing solutions for textiles, upholstery, mattresses & technical fabrics.  Tacura has over 40 years experience selling scissors, specialist cutting tools, needles and tagging equipment.

The acquisition of Tacura Ltd further strengthens HALCO's position in the textiles supply market. The combination of HALCO's geographical locations and high reputation, coupled with Tacura's broad range of cutting and manufacturing solutions will provide clients with confidence that HALCO are here to support their business needs into the future.

From 1st March 2023, the entire Tacura product range will be available to HALCO's clients. As with all important business decisions HALCO's team will work closely with customers and partners to ensure the integration process is as smooth as possible.  Tacura's knowledgable staff will all be retained as part of the acquisition and will join the HALCO team, bringing a wealth of experience to the table.
